Greater than one weekUsed this on ostrich feathers, only needed a minute or so to achieve the color I wanted. Used very hot water and a little vinegar, rinsed and washed with detergent. Came out beautiful!

Always Summer Here
Greater than one weekTHis didnt even come close to dying fabric. Left lots of splotches and ruined my drapes. Trying to be good and buy environmentally friendly products, but this was a complete waste of money. Lesson learned.

> 3 dayI purposely purchased your product for the high ratings it received. I have 7 fabric roman shades I wanted to change the color on. Following all the instructions given, even used the soda ash plus I added additional dye to the solutions, my fabric did not absorb any of the dye. I had used very warm water and let it soak for over 24 hours stirring occasionally. Dont know what else to do but sew new shades.
