I bought this to use with our recently purchased digital microscope. It is necessary to have it . It seems to work well but it is smaller than I anticipated. Thus far it seems to be sufficient for our needs looking at flowers, leaves, insects etc with my two girls or inspecting metal parts for me.

Simple and effective. Microscope stage mechanisms are expensive. This stage does the job of simplifying focusing.

Excellent stand that is very study and holds my microscope firmly. My only complaint is the base is rather rough, so I have to put down something to protect my coins. The aluminum also reflects the light from my microscope rather harshly. Would still recommend and would buy again.
