What you see is what you get - in a good way. It feels very sturdy, it catches literally everything and is very easy to remove because if its handle. One does need to get one’s hands dirty to remove all the remaining waste from the strainer when cleaning it, but that is just a small trade off and kind of inherent to the very effective design.

I purchased this kitchen sink strainer for my new kitchen sink. Previously, we have clogged the kitchen sink because we did not have a strainer to catch leftover food or others. This kitchen sink is made with nice high-quality stainless steel. It fits my sink perfectly. Now, I do not have to worry that my sink got clogged again. I have young kids at home. I am constantly making dishes and cleaning. With this sink strainer, I can have a peace of mind that my sink will not be clogged. The strainer is also very easy to remove and clean by dumping the waste to the trash can.

The best things about this strainer is that I was able to remove the garbage disposal muffler which gathers food and bacteria and has to be washed very often. The sink strainer acts as both a muffler and strainer and allows for better access to the disposal when you want to throw your food waste into the disposal. This two in one function not only provides for more hygienic conditions, but is so much easier to maintain and keep clean.

The last drain screens I had were very hard to get out of the drain these are perfect.

Great item - nice and sturdy. Because the holes are so small it really catches all the loose debris from dirty pots, pans, and dishes You do have to bang it a bit on top of a paper towel or directly into your garbage pail to get the food out of it but it definitely gets the job done!

These are sturdy and have a easy to remove using the handle that folds down flush. I bought them for my daughter-in-law too!

They are easy to maintain and a lot nicer to look at as opposed to those larger modern strainers with rubber parts. If you have a stainless steel sink this is the kind you want
