> 3 dayNeed to replace the hose that came with my portable AC unit (approx 8 years old) and this was the exact same size. It was a pain putting on the AC connectors but its the fault of the AC and not the hose. The hose works perfectly. Excellent material. I dont need it extended too far but from I can tell, it still holds up well and is sturdy.

Greater than one weekThank you Kraftex!! My original exhaust hose was splitting and being held together by blue-painters tape (haha) due to being 5yrs old and a/c being used a lot. GREAT PRICE & quality craftsmanship! Looking forward to not worrying about this for another 3-5 yrs. Yay! One less thing... Reading reviews, I saw a lot of people ordering the wrong size/diameter hose and getting mad at their own mistake. REMEMBER -- Not all portable a/c units are the same. Do not Forget to Measure BEFORE ordering. easy peasy - bada bing - one love - stay awesome out there!

Greater than one weekSo it is hard to rate something that you just get and put on, but just to get the request to stop, I will rate what I k now only., I was worried it would not fit and it fits perfectly!! was also worried it would be hard to install with no directions, it was so easy I wished everything was that easy to install. It seems to be working fine and I hope the plastic hose holds up better than the one that came with it. The heat destroys the plastic, need to invent a foil hose instead would last longer like a dryer hose does.

Step 1This is a 5.9 Inch AC Hose. Make sure you measure the diameter of your unit specific coupler or your old AC Hose before purchase. |
Step 2This is a Anti-Clockwise AC Hose. If the direction of your old AC Hose is Anti-Clockwise when installing, you then require the Anti-Clockwise direction replacement AC Hose. |
Step 3Once you have established what AC Hose you require, extend the end of your 5.9 Inch AC Hose, rest it against the inside of your unit specific coupler, and gently twist Anti-Clockwise until it is secure (Coupler not included) |
