Set came perfectly.

Grrrrrr as a millennial I love Super Mario and was so excited to give this to my son. We have built what feels like every lego on the market at this point. First off it doesnt even come with Mario which my son was upset about. AND IT DOESNT COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS. You have to download an app. So you basically need an iPad unless you want to do this on a phone. And an internet connection. Also im trying to keep my child away from wireless radiation as much as possible and I was absolutely appalled that you cant even use the app without blue tooth being permanently on - but its not even syncing up to any devices via bluetooth so I would LOVE to know why it needs to be hooked up to bluetooth as there seems to be no actual reason to be forcing children into a cloud of unnecessary electromagnetic radiation like this. This is just absolutely the dumbest lego set ever. BIG LET DOWN. Mario has sold out!

The box was damaged and it looked like it had been opened and re-taped. All of the sides had tape on them, and one of the pieces of tape was broken and the flap was coming up. This was $100 and was supposed to be a birthday gift. Had to return it.

Got this for my grandson, who is the lego king, and he loves it! Had it assembled in an afternoon and now playing with it and his toys.

We couldn’t assemble the pieces because there were no written instructions. You could only use the app but the app didn’t work and kept closing out. Now we have this expensive toy and can’t even use it. This is ridiculous. I’ve also tried to download the app on multiple devices but it doesn’t work on any phone. Next time, they should stick to written instructions.

My son didn’t even finish this set and has pretty much given up on it. He loves putting together legos but was immediately frustrated because there was no instruction book, and the online instructions left major parts out. I googled the instructions on my iPad and tried to help him, but he was completely disinterested. Such a bummer because it looks like a fun set.

Grandson has been into Lego Robotics since age 5 (now 10). This only enhanced and fulfilled that creative nitch! I would definitely recommend. It is lots of fun and he now wants the all the sets. He obtaining, slowly but surely!
