> 24 hourI used it to make my plug in drum chandelier over my kitchen island switch operated. Since I plugged it in to an outlet in my upstairs loft I didnt want to have to walk up stairs to turn it off and on. This works perfectly. No connectivity issues at all. I did have to manually turn the lamp on after I plugged it into the device before it worked. After that it operates solely through the device switch.

> 24 hourIm currently using this in my garage to control my shop lights. My only issue is the remote is held by magnets where it sticks to its wall plate or anywhere magnets can stick too. When its dark and when trying to reach for the switch I always accidentally push it off. It takes very little force for it to come off. I really wish it came with a holder that you can mount on the wall. I do like the idea you can carry the remote as the photos indicate but the truth is Ill end up losing or misplacing it. I did contact the vendor and was advised to review the magnets if they were lose or relocate the switch. Unfortunately, that is not the case and relocating does not truly solve my issue. Ill end up fashioning something so it can stay still, maybe look for stronger magnets or find a holder that will keep it in place. Overall its definitely a useful gadget and super easy to install.

> 24 hourVery easy to install and remote does not have to be in direct line of outlet. Attached remote to metal end table and dont have to remove it to control power to a lamp where the outlet is blocked. So convenient and easy to use.

> 24 hourMy wife bought some string lights to decorate her home office, but they dont have an on/off switch. They were plugged into a power strip under the desk and hard to get to. After plugging them into the adapter, now she has an easy switch to turn them on and off. We have a few different scenarios we can see this being useful, like the aquarium lights in our fish tanks. Definitely plan to get more of these just as soon as we figure out how many we need!

> 24 hourThis is genius. We live in a house that was built it 1880 and the outlet access is pretty limited, some rooms dont have ceiling lights either so I got a couple of these little gagets and its been life changing. Had these for a few months now and they work great, makes life so much easier

> 24 hourI have an old Coke machine and it doesnt have an on off switch, I would have to pull the plug all the time to turn it on an off. So I bought this switch and it works as a perfect way to turn the machine on and off and the magnet controller helps because I hid it on the back of the the coke machine. Now its just a quick touch for on/off. Reasonable price too!

> 24 hourLooks very cool. Plugged it in, but because its on the large size and round, it partially covers the other plug in my outlet so I cant use it. Would have had to unplug the other plug to get this one to fit.

> 24 hourThis little gadget works better that I anticipated. The remote works from the other side of the house. I thought it would only be able to turn on/off from the same room. Great for Christmas trees or anything else you dont want to craw, climb or bend to get to.

> 24 hourI like this remote control outlet and I thought it would be better than a more bulb one I have. However, I can only plug a small cord into the other outlet...this device encroaches on surrounding outlets just enough that I got both this and a power strip. Kinda bummed. It sticks out of the wall a lot too.
