> 3 dayMy mother (71 years) loves to read. And she likes the small books, she loves her magnifier. It has made it easier for her to read. Now, all she does is read. LoL

> 3 dayThis thing is ridiculous and is almost overkill for being able to see tiny labels, but for the aging eyes, it is pretty great for those moments readers will not do. I love the way you can adjust the lamp brightness with a dial when you need extrs light. It would be nice to have a handle on it so you avoid smudging the generous lens, but it is still functional and useful.

> 3 dayAfter installing the three required three AAA batteries, it worked as expected. The reprinted pages within the text of an instruction manual contained very small print. I was unable to read these pages before I bought the magnifier. I thought the lights would be unnecessary but using them is a great advantage. The first evening I had the magnifier, we lost our electric power. I was able to continue reading and also used it as a light to find my way around the house. It would be so handy for those wanting to read in bed. I am very pleased with this purchase and plan to buy one for my daughter.

Greater than one weekI love the light and the magnification. Its easy to hold for a while but if youre reading a good book and dont want to put it down, holding the magnifier gets somewhat uncomfortable.

> 3 dayPurchased this for my husband who has limited vision. He’s able to read actual books rather than enlarge the font on his e-reader! He’s very happy with this product!

> 3 daySo far - only day 1, - the lens seems fine. I am really puzzled by the care directions, which say to clean it using the enclosed cleaning pouch. The pouch isnt big enough for the lens (well, if it were just the lens, I suppose it would be, but Im not about to try to take the whole thing apart). If it isnt going into the pouch, why is it a pouch and not just a cleaning cloth? (This reminds me of the Made in China, sold by Amazon alarm clock which came with a set of directions that do not apply to the clock I bought.). Doesnt anybody check these things out?
