> 3 dayI ordered this software and loaded it on the first computer with no problems. When I loaded on the second computer it would not install completely. I contacted Malwarebytes technical support for help. They had me install their diagnostic program, which I did. Their automated response (via email) said they received my diagnostic log and they would be contacting me shortly with a solution. Now nearly two weeks later I still have not received a solution. I have contacted them several times with still no response.
