> 3 dayI found so many bugs/defects in both their Windows and iOS software, as well as the erratic and unpredictable behavior of their websites license management logic, that I finally gave up with this years renewal altogether. I will either stick with the FREE version or more than likely, move to another product. This kind of stuff does not often throw me for a loop, but this experience was just too frustrating to justify even for myself. Compounded by the lack of support contact points, this was just a total no-go for me.
