> 3 dayThe key card comes with a peel off tape over the 25-digit product key. When I pulled the tape off, it removed a portion of some of the digits from the card. Because of this, I had to make many attempts to enter the product key correctly and guess at the missing characters. I contacted McAfee, and they were unwilling to help me at all. However, I finally managed to install the software. When my subscription for this software ends in a year, Im going to look for another alternative.

> 3 dayI disliked the McAfee auto-renewal. They auto-renewal my former subscription so I had to call them and cancel that subscription and then load the one that I purchased from you. Customer service was a person who had a thick accent. Make sure you turn of auto-renewal.

> 3 dayThe other reviewers saying this is a scam dont know how to properly use. You install the product using the key code. Then you will be lead to indicate if you want to install on other devices. You will get a email which you can then open on those devices and download and install the software. If you have McAfee on a device already you will have to uninstall first. My computer download promoted this. On my phone I had to uninstall first and then reinstall the new updated version.

> 3 dayI have been using McAfee for years. Have always gotten multiple devices edition. Easy to install on all devices, these bad reviews from people are because they have no idea what they are doing. You cant put the activation coddle in all your devices, just your main computer then text/email an access code to your self to install on other devices.

> 3 dayI purchased this product for my laptop and was hoping to use it for other devices....I should have been more cautious about the price being too good to be true as was the case. I tried to install and immediately I ran into problems and had to call the toll free number for help....That was not helpful as the gentleman I spoke with could barely speak English and he got onto my computer in a matter of minutes because I didnt know any better. Luckily I called a local computer place where I live and they helped me and advised me never to purchase this kind of software except for on the actual website. I know now that in the future I will not purchase this product again from a third party.
