Far more pleasing shoving matted wads of copper wire into your speaker jacks.

Purchased my second set of these, excellent quality. My original living room install used mediabridge 16 and 14awg wires. My bedroom used some speaker included 18awg wire and these banana plugs griped the wire tight and work great.

These are cleverly designed. The connection is not prone to being pulled out once secured.

The plugs are advertised as being able to fit 8 awg. They are not even close, and would likely have issues with even 10 awg. The wire will easily fit into the plug but there is a reduction inside that prevents usage of the larger diameter cabling. Sending these back.

They dont seem to wear out or weaken and the method for assembly is superior and eliminates the connections from becoming loose. I used adhesive lined heatshrink & NVX wire, and these are better than my Nakamichi pre-built at an much lower price.

I always purchased the monster brand like these, but for this price I was willing to try them. They are a little shallow compared to the other brand but with a little more attention to detail is all that is required to make them work. You just can not have your wire stripped off too much. When I figured out the correct length I had no problems using these. I will continue to buy these.

After struggling for years trying to twist speaker wire just right to fit into receiver and speaker connections, I got fed up and looked for a better way to hook them up. These banana plugs were very easy to install on my 5.1 surround system. They are very sturdy and makes what took 15+ minutes to move cables to under 1 minute for everything. Ill never go back to just using bare speaker wire ever again.
