> 3 dayI would give it more than 5 if I could. I had to have me surgery due to a skiing accident and this has been an unbelievable relief! Havent heated it up, but it freezes pretty fast and is flexible so it can get just right. The holder is great too. Great product!

Greater than one weekIt’s great that you get two packs I keep one in the freezer and one room temperature to be used for heat. The Velcro strap is good to be able to hold it on and keep the ice or heat away from the skin. It heats up quickly just 40 seconds in the microwave and didn’t take very long to get cold in the freezer.
