I love this! I used to use ace wraps to hold them to my stomach. It’s easy to get them in and out and the material is thin so you can feel the cold! For reference I am quite thin and the band fits great! It’s as tight as I can get it but it doesn’t slip either. The packs do take some time to get cold which is mainly what I bought it for. Had a surgery on my stomach and recovery was icing so that’s why I got this. Now I use it as needed and I can get up walk around if I need to and not have to worry about the ice pack moving.

This product arrived new and unopened. The quality of the ice packs is decent and the sleeve for the packs is easy to use and comfortable when velcroed into position. My only concern is how the velcro picked the material where it holds the pack into position after one use and I wonder how long it will be functional. This is the reason for my 4-star rating instead of 5. Aside from that Im very pleased with this product...both the hot and cold packs. Note: be sure to read instructions for microving the hot pack, as the instructions specify a time limit to keep the bag from rupturing.

These packs are just the right size to wear during the day around the house. I use ice packs frequently with my back and these are perfect for what I need.

These packs are generally good, the only exception being that when they first come out of the freezer there a little bit stiff and can be difficult to wrap around your elbow. For example, to get good contact. After about four or five minutes the frozen pack is there more flexible.

I would give it more than 5 if I could. I had to have me surgery due to a skiing accident and this has been an unbelievable relief! Havent heated it up, but it freezes pretty fast and is flexible so it can get just right. The holder is great too. Great product!

This item works fine. Its flexibility allows it to be used on multiple areas of the body.

I’ve searched high and low for a soft gel pack for injuries. One that would conform gently to give relief to any area needing it. These are perfect and the wrap they come with is awesome. It holds the pack gently to the injury and doesn’t move. It also provides a bit of insulation from the cold pack. I’m going to buy another set so we have them when needed.
