Melbourne Hardside Expandable Spinner Wheel Luggage, Orange, Carry-On 20-Inch

I was a little concerned because this suitcase was on the cheaper side compared to others the same size. But I was pleasantly surprised it held up wonderfully. And easily spotted through all the luggage on the baggage turnstyle.

I love the color and the sturdyness of it and it is perfect for a carry on, I did not have to check it in at all. Which saved me time and money.

I have used it for a few trips now. The zipper is sturdy, the wheels roll great and the case is durable. The handle is flimsy and probably will be the first thing to break.

I really like this case, and the reason I got orange was to be able to easily distinguish it from the sea of black luggage surrounding it. I have found that I could have gone smaller for a few reasons:

Gift for Christmas.

This is just what I wanted: a hard case that fits most carry-on guidelines, a color that stands out, at a great price. I have flown with it twice, and it worked very well. When I bought it, it had a card in it that said something about toxic chemicals and that people from CA wont have anything to do with it, so I put it out in my garage for a few days to gas off which I think it did pretty much. The zippers work well, as do the wheels, and the handle. It is VERY light. I feel like an olympic athlete when I heave it easily into the plane compartment which it fits nicely into by the way. Like most things these days, if one of those main features goes, it will be throw-away material, so I try to be careful with it, and hope it will last me some time.

I travel for work about 10-12 times per year and exclusively use this carry-on. My trips are typically up to 7 days. I admittedly pack lightly, maybe a couple pairs of pants, a shirt per day and all the socks and underwear needed, toiletries, shoes and my laptop. All of this fits easily without expanding the suitcase. Ive had this bag for over a year at this point with absolutely no issues. Rolls easily, lining has held up. Bag fits in overhead bin easily, although does need to be gate checked on regional jets and turboprops
