> 3 dayWhen all points are connected I find it very easy to use, connects with my Apple home App very well. Set up was also a breeze, and you get the choice of using the Meross App (recommended to at least have the app) or just skipping that and going with Apple Home app. I have been using these smart plugs for about 6 months and have experienced intermittent connectivity issues. They typically resolve when I either unplug/plug in or reconnect the device, however many of these outlets are in hard to reach places, so it is very cumbersome to have to reconnect them. One of the four plugs has already died on me sadly, so I will be testing out different smart plugs going forward.

> 3 dayTook long to pair these with apple HomeKit. I had to try so may options. Once configured, they work just fine. Great with Siri and apple HomeKit. Will buy again.

> 3 dayOwned these for a year. When they work, they’re great. But most of the time, they’re a headache. Getting them setup is a pain. It’s honestly a game of luck if they will connect or not. They are very picky about whether they will connect to your router. We switched routers twice this year, and they were not compatible with the new router for some unknown reason (?). The reason I got rid of these is because we switched to TMobile 5G internet. If you make the switch too, do NOT buy these plugs! They will not work with TMobile 5G for some reason. I got the new Wemo Thread-based plugs that do not use WiFi and they have been flawless. Spend the extra money to get the new Thread technology, especially if you have TMobile 5G.

> 3 dayThese are unreliable. My router supports only 2.4GHZ so cross-band issues are not a factor. I eventually got them all setup on Homekit. Most took more than one try. The code being attached to the plug is a hassle as you have to keep unplugging them when it doesnt work so you can rescan or read the code. It would have been nice to have had a card that lists the codes/numbers with a space for you to write where you have located each one. It would be nice if HomeKit would remember the number even if the process wasnt completed. I found the installation process worked best when you manually entered the numbers. Most of the time when I checked the status in HomeKit , all four would say Not Responding. It seems to me if one or two of them didnt work, you could write it off to a defective unit or a poor wifi signal, but all four? Perhaps being cheaper they are extra sensitive to wifi signal degradation. I have had ipads and iphones on my network for long periods of time without problems and they work all over the house, so why is it so hard to keep these on the network? I finally uninstalled them all because I got tired of crawling under the desk or moving a bookcase to turn on a light. I decided to try again with one device. I plugged it in next to the router. It seemed to be more reliable but still it said Not responding now and then. I would click on it and it worked. I tried turning it on with Siri and she gave me the Not Responding message. I am sitting in the next room with my iphone and IPAD and both are still connected, so I guess as long as I install all four devices next to the router and dont use voice commands, Im all set. I did get a firmware upgrade to work. Homekit will notify you and then you can go into the Meross app and update them. That part worked perfectly, but nothing changed. One problem in this old house is that most of my outlets are in the baseboard and they are installed horizontally. Some of them are installed upside down which means accessing the button is difficult, especially if it is behind furniture. I have learned a lot during this process-- mostly about what doesnt work. I wont be using these again, but I will try other brands. I will especially look for brands with the button on the front as opposed to the top or side as that will be the easiest to use. The price was great, so I hoped these would work, because I wanted to buy a bunch of them, but Ill be sending these back as I dont have a big need for controlling devices next to my router.

> 3 dayAt times when theres software upgrade on the Smart Plug I found some delay in synching with iPhone. Other than that works smoothly. Will definitely recommend the product.

> 3 dayThese smart switches are soooo easy to setup and they stay connected. Ive had Wemo smart switches for 7-8 years and they are a pita to setup. I ordered these to replace a new Wemo I just ordered and returned to Amazon because it just wouldnt stay connected and required 20 minutes of trying to get it reconnected. These Meross switches are so easy you wont believe it. Shame on you Wemo. No more Wemo products for me. As I write this review I have another 4-pack of these switches in my cart!

Greater than one weekI had nothing but trouble out of my 9 wemos so I started researching replacements. I watched some videos that recommended these and eve so I bought some of each. I have had no problems with either of those brands in years. I recommend these, they work great and are easy to set up on IOS.
