This is an excellent product to improve regularity, have been using it for years. Its excellent for both constipation and loose bowels.

I take a teaspoon in water every moring for my ageing body and it seems to you know, do the trick.

It works great, but a couple of tips. Best to use a blender to mix it, then drink it FAST! It solidifies very quickly which is probably why it works so well.

i know taste is a very individual experience, but in my opinion, orange flavor metamucil has a far, far better taste than the supposedly taste-free fiber supplements such as benefiber (i have no idea how anyone could say such products are taste-free; they are NOT taste-free). it does its job as described. taking this supplement along with a bit more aerobic exercise and some minor weight loss has lowered my cholesterol by about 20-30. it does tend to leave a sticky residue behind on the cup after mixing. despite this, i wouldnt use any other product.

It might be an acquired taste but where would I be without it? Up the creek without a paddle that’s where! And we all know the name of the creek…do we not?!
