> 3 dayIt is difficult to keep level while installing. We finally figured out that we needed to install one side and then level it to drill the other holes--itd be nice if the instructions suggested that--and/or had a template to use as they do for the towel rods. However, it is very attractive and does just what we need it to--and is much nicer looking than keeping bottles on the tub ledge.

Greater than one weekAnother customer reporting the same issue with this not lasting long on the wall after only a years time. The towel on the ring is not used often. I just placed a call with Moen to see what they can do for me and I had to schedule a callback time for another day because their call center is experiencing an unusually long wait time. Ridiculous. Two starts because it is pretty. One star for durability and functionality.

> 3 dayThis toilet paper holder is very attractive in the brushed nickel finish. It is also very simple to replace the toilet paper when the roll is empty. There is a template included which made drilling the holes to mount the paper holder fairly simple.
