Nice fit and finish, I cut the bars down for a custom fit and it looks great.

Bought it in February 2016, and it has broken. Nothing has hit or caused damage - it just broke off one day. The ring detached from the base, just behind the little ball at the top of the ring. The base is now stuck to the wall, even though the set screw is out. Something seems to have broken inside the base that is preventing the base from coming off the wall even with no set screw. There does not appear to be any way to get this thing off the wall without causing damage to the drywall. I am disappointed because now Im stuck with a nub on my wall that wont hold a towel, and wont come off. I gave it 2 stars, because prior to breaking, it was pretty and felt sturdy - not cheap and flimsy or wiggly like some can. I only wish they had one that circled each direction for purposes of placing one on either side of the sink. And that it hadnt broken on the inside.

I had this installed by a handyman less than a year ago and it looked great. The ring got loose and almost fell off months ago. I was able to remove the base, then tighten the ring, and re-attach the base to mounting bracket with the Allen wench. However, it kept getting loose again and the ring fell off. Now I cant get the base off with Allen wench like I could the first time. Not sure what to do now- have a call in to Moen Customer support...

This item protrudes quite far from the wall. Its not for smaller bathrooms. Even my contractor could figure out where to put it without someone hitting it when they stepped out of the shower. MOST IMPORTANTLY the company that sells it charges a 50% Restocking Fee which was no where on Amazons page when I bought it. Look REAL close before you buy from this vendor.

Delivery was speedy and packaged well. Handle very sturdy and was easy to install. While a bit pricy for a toilet handle you get what you pay for! Great quality

We were in search of a hand towel ring to place by our bathroom sink. These brushed nickel rings work beautifully along side the builder installed rods. Im thrilled we found them after looking at two large lumber hardware stores and coming up with nothing that matched! A super find!

I like the look of this towel holder. I bought it to match a double towel bar. You should do your best to mount it right on a stud for extra security. If you use the wall anchor that comes with it make sure you screw the screw in a long ways as that is what makes the anchor spread to add strength.

I dont care for towel bars, so when we renovated our bath, I chose to go with towel hooks. These are easy to install, have a good weight and are very sturdy.
