Ive had issues with gas coverage while tig welding stainless steel metal as a hobbyist welder. This makes the gas coverage much wider and has made tig welding much easier.

Best all around cup I’ve ever used, this thing does it all! Compact with unreal gas coverage. I had over a 1 inch stick out on this In a sticky situation and still got more than sufficient coverage. Weld Monger on YouTube even has a video of this giving plenty of coverage for titanium welding. Favorite cup by far. I haven’t changed it since I put it on.

Ever since I tried these furick products, theyve been a necessity for my type 20 torch at work and type 17 torch at home, of course with the proper adapters. The fupa 12 is nothing short of the best of the best. Absolute must have for any welder be it just a hobby or career. Gas coverage is outstanding, the tungsten stick out it allows is incredibly helpful for the tight spots. Couldnt be happier with my purchase and will be coming back for them as long as theyre being sold.
