After owning the i-phone se and the Jethro mobile sc490 Ive found the phone that I wished Id bought in the first place. It ticks all the right boxes for me. An easy to navigate menu with a large clear screen, good speaker volume and a loud ringer. The fingerprint recognition and key pad response beats my iphone se hands down and the battery charge lasts at least a day longer. Im currently using it with T-Mobile talk & text only but even with practically all of the smart features disabled it is still perfect for an older technically illiterate guy like me.

Had the phone for about a week now.... And already I cant stand it. And Im not a picky phone user. If it makes calls and I can watch my shows on it, and look up stuff in good, but this phone is so aggravating. First thing, it takes 6 minutes and 42 seconds to turn on. Yes I timed it. That may not seem long, but trust me, waiting nearly 7 minutes for your phone to turn on is far too long. Then, at random my Google chrome, and several other apps will not respond and Ill have to turn the phone off and wait 7 minutes again to turn it back on top get the app to work. And yes Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the apps. Still happens. But the worst thing is when Google chrome quits responding. The phone will lock up and I cant do anything, then it will turn itself off or I will turn it off, then when turning itself back on it says hello moto the goes through the 7 minute process, but it will never turn on. It just says hello moto loads for 7 minutes, flashing colors around the moto logo, then starts all over hello moto again, then 7 minute load screen, then hello moto again and again until either the battery dies or sometimes I can hold the power button down for an eternity and it will finally power down, but theres no guarantee it wont happen again on start up. This problem only happens when chrome locks up, which is random and often. Im done. Goodbye moto

I bought this for my Mom because she needed a new affordable phone. Seems to work really well but she has had it for a month and still cant figure out how it works. We dont have Lively/jitterbug phone options in area so I thought this phone would be a good fit. She struggles with technology. I think its a decent phone and takes nice pictures

This moto g fast does what it claims. Only downsides are that the headphone/speaker jack is quite loose and shallow. Recognizes my headphone at times but never recognizes my speakers. The RAM seems sufficient for the most part but cant seem to handle some apps such as Reddit (crashes daily) and the occasional heavy web browsing (browsers crash).

Had to replace my personal phone. I never had a Motorola phone but choose the Moto G Fast because it was affordable. I did not expect much. I got it and went to my provider to set it up. I was able to have all my information transferred from my other phone. So far I love this phone. It is the best phone I have ever owned. I have used mostly Samsung phones in the past. I thought I would never get anything better than Samsung. But this Motorola phone is by far better than any Samsung phone I have ever owned. The battery lasts a good two plus days. And I am able to do mostly everything I want to do with this phone. I am so impressed with this phone that I am going to buy one for my wife so she can get rid of her old phone which only gets a day charge. This is an amazing phone and I highly recommend Motorola phones. Try Motorola out. You will be impressed as well. It is a good buy for your money.

Pleasantly surprised by the overall utility of this phone. The compromises Moto made to deliver this price point are not very noticeable. The screen is nice and sharp, memory is sufficient for most apps and games, cameras are good, processor is speedy, no excessive bloatware taking up memory, etc. make the Moto G Fast a capable phone. The only real drawbacks are the mono speaker, and the position of the on/off switch(which naturally fits under one of my fingers), neither of which is a deal breaker. If youre looking for an affordable, all-around phone this is it! And it works perfectly with Mint mobile.

I text, play Best Fiends, and use Kindle app...Im pretty basic and this phone is more than enough. Was quick to transfer from my dying Moto G5 and I only stumbled over the full screen, no button difference for about a day. Hooks up to all my usual wi-fi locations and Mint network (pre-paid provider on a T-mobile backbone) works fine in the couple places Ive been without wi-fi. I spend $180/yr on my mobile service, Im not dropping $1,000 on a phone...

    Greater than one week

Description of this warehouse deal said Used - Good - Small cosmetic imperfections on front bezels. Small cosmetic imperfections on sides of the item. Small cosmetic imperfection on bottom or back of item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged. The phone itself is terrific and looks new. Problems. 1. minor - SIM/sdcard eject tool was missing. I had to find something to use. Either the wall adapter or USB-C cable was missing, too, but I had extras so I dont remember details about that. 2. major - phone arrived LOCKED by previous owner and could not be unlocked. Factory reset in recovery triggered androids FRP (factory reset protection). Unusable phone. I found a workaround on youtube (see vid v31HIO7pLKE) but Amazon Warehouse should make sure the phone is not locked by the previous owner before selling used.

Over the past 6 months, Ive gone through various phones under $300 in search for the one I really enjoy using. My most recent long-term phone was a Pixel XL. The one before this one was a Cubot X19. And Ive had a Galaxy S7. This one, by far, is faster. Im experiencing no lag despite having 72 apps installed so far. The only complaint is the quality of the macro photos, but sometimes that can actually improve with a different camera app so Ill try that. The sound quality is great, screen is friendly on the eyes, the volume turns up high enough, the backlight can be dimmed pretty nicely for nighttime viewing, apps load quickly, and overall it feels high quality in your hands. I think Ill keep this one for a long time!
