A great love story with a tragic end. In life we wish for money love and great sex. But at what expense. Well in this book we see it all play out. Wanted and unwanted.

in have to say, just dont think Ive read anything like this in a long time. its like fiction meets non fiction. because the fictional characters lead lives as told by the authors but also almost like life stories of these same characters as children growing up in Sierra Leone. I very much enjoyed reading this book. read from cover to cover in one sitting, could never once put it down.

Excellent read. Lets hope number #2 out do number #1/outstanding.The charter from the start of the book brought the story to a new level of creative writing by two author who put urban fiction on blast.

I am a loyal Ashley and Jaquavis fan. Once again I was not disappointed by this book. I absolutely loved it. I just hated how it ended because I loved me some Ashai. Anywho...yall keep that fire coming.

.....This book was a great read! I completed it in one day and was mad as hell because it ended! Ashai and Libertys story will inspire and captivate. It was a moving tale from cover to cover! Willow and Baron are truly amazing and I cried and felt the loss. Nico was a straight bitch but he played an important character and took hater to a different level. In the next installment( which I am ordering) I hope Baron finds peace and I wonder if the Murder Mamas are affiliated with Shais home. I look forward to going through this journey with you guys and thank you for the ride!

Book was awesome.....I love romantic books but this added an entire different level to the word AWESOME! Youll did youll thing in this....now Im about to start the second book of the trilogy.
