All around great. great product & great service.

I bought these to keep in my Six Echo Systems Kicker ankle medkit. They fit great, and I have trained on them a few times. They are very good occlusion dressings. Ordinarily we are trained to tape a glove on 3 sides over a sucking chest wound, however when you are alone and dont have an ambulances gear, this is a perfect alternative. They are slightly harder to burp to prevent or reduce a tension pneumothorax, however this is usually not necessary. An essential product to have if you CC, or just to be ready for anything.

Hard to give a complete review as I have not used it yet. Did some research on these type products in relationship to to the applicable use. Hoping to never need it but if it ever is I feel it wil perform as it should. This of course is contingent upon user training an experience. Overall the packaging is good and it fits well in my first responder kit.

This is great, after a TCCC class we used these and yes they are very tacky even against moist sweaty flesh.... Sounds horrible but I think that +hairy is about as bad as you can get to apply these and you want them to stick right the first time. I carry these in my bleed bag, emergency kits in the car, house, and range ifak.

I’m LEO used the older bigger packaging version on a gunshot victim (9mm), victim was having issues breathing (possible lung collapse). Only entry wound no exit, applied it and seemed to help- just basing it off his reaction. Pros- super easy to apply and very sticky even with blood, was so sticky i having issues trying to unstick my gloves to it when I apply it it.
