Greater than one weekPros: Dissolvable, flavor is good, effective Cons: hmmm. Nope. Its a great supplement. This has a really good strawberry flavor. They dissolve in about 15 seconds. I also feel that with a dissolvable product, you dont have to worry about capsules or tablets breaking down sufficiently (which some do not). I decided that dissolvable products or liquids were best for me for absorption.
