Pros: Dissolvable, flavor is good, effective Cons: hmmm. Nope. Its a great supplement. This has a really good strawberry flavor. They dissolve in about 15 seconds. I also feel that with a dissolvable product, you dont have to worry about capsules or tablets breaking down sufficiently (which some do not). I decided that dissolvable products or liquids were best for me for absorption.

I couldnt find these anywhere and have decided that I like vitamins that dissolve easily in my mouth. This product fits the bill, tastes great, is affordable and does what it should. The only complaint is that the size of the container is too big for the amount, I wish it came in a smaller container to waste less plastic.

I have purchased this item many times previously from Amazon as well as other local stores. The last 2 times I purchased through Amazon have been unsettling since the tablets that are supposed to be in the bottle are not. They are supposed to be small and pink. Instead they are white and larger. They dont even match the image on the outside of the bottle. Very disappointed and scary. I am afraid to ingest them as I have no idea what actually is in the bottles.

I actually take these because they arent huge and nasty tasting!

Hoping this will be sufficient to stave off chronic Vit D deficiency to avoid taking the chemical prescription. Nice to be have one less pill to swallow and the flavor has been palatable to every age.
