Nothing fancy, including the price, it just showed up on time and it worked.

Good product but doesnt include a wall mount kit which said on the box. I have to find some anchor and screw myself to hang it. I would give a five star if the wall mount screws and anchor are included. Amazon tech support and customer service are very good, customer service is top notch.

Wifi is nice but sometimes you just cant beat a wired connection. My TV was having issues getting a steady wifi signal and I needed to expand the ports of my router. Product works great! Easy to use and easy to set up. plug and play and forget.

I actually have two of these, one purchased last year and then this one. As my need for additional Ethernet connections to the router increased, I looked briefly at 12 or 16 port switches. But the cost of them is much higher than this switch, and I know it works fine. Your connection to the router or to the first switch will take up one of the ports, so you end up with 7 available for other devices. Working from home and adding home automation devices has increased the number of ports I need.
