Official black plates from PS direct were sold out. Other black plates from Amazon seem sketchy with the price. Others went off board with holes for fans which can bring in dust when resting. And the black plates from NexiGo are not only the best and safest option for black plates, but also the most resemblance to the shape and dimensions of the white PS5 plates. Installation is easy. Looks great! I didnt really care for the white look on the PS5. My ps2, ps3, and ps4 were all black. So I of course wanted my PS5 black. And does it look good.

PRO- perfect fit console cover is perfect red easy assembly CON- controller cover is like golden sparkly red which means the console does not match and looks odd. even the color of red is completely off.

Beautiful vibrant red color. The fact that no 3rd party faceplates can use the Sony logo isn’t really a big deal for me since i have my PS5 laying down & inside a media cabinet opening. It comes in a nice looking premium box. Well packaged. The material on the faceplate is smooth yet sturdy. Very similar to the stock white faceplate the PS5 comes with. It’s a good deal for the price, i definitely recommend.

Sikemay has one for 35.99. Red, Black, Blue and Cosmic Red. Considering its just a shell, Id go with the cheaper one. But then again, if you want to pay around this price for one, Playstation is making their own with all these colors for 5$ more. You also get the playstation cutout logo on it as well. I would go that route for this much money. They have all the colors of the new controllers.

Bottom cover two pins broke while putting on top fit was fine. Controller trim piece doesnt fit right has to be trimmed not worth the price
