Exactly what I wanted. 24 years ago an Ortho doctor told me to take B50 along with C 1000 for my RSD. I’ve taken them ever since and don’t regret it.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and fight Chronic Fatigue EVERY DAY with this monster! With a low Vitamin D deficiency, I need all the help I can get and have found a couple of natural vitamins have helped but this B50 is awesome! I generally take it mid morning and it helps me stay focused and alert till mid afternoon with my other vitamins. I would recommend it for anyone but especially for those with a chronic illness!

I just read about the vit d3 and b complex deficiencies, so I started several vitamins two weeks ago. I am sleeping better and have less pain in the morning. this is one I added, easy to swallow.
