Ive put in a few rides on these grips and man are they comfortable! They are very plush but not to the point you lose any feel of what the bike is doing beneath you. You could definitely use these grips without gloves and still feel comfortable. I especially like the grippiness of the material theyre made of, its confidence inducing. Also, They are thicker than the stock grips on my 2018 Trance 2 and to me thats a good thing. Not that the stock grips were bad but these definitely feel better on my average sized hands. I only gave three stars to the durability category because Ive only had them for a few weeks. We will see how long they last but you cant go wrong with ODI. The one thing that irks me about these dual locking ring grips is that one screw of one locking ring faces away from the rider and the other faces towards the rider. It really sets off my OCD!! Lol Other than that small, maybe insignificant to others, nuisance these grips are excellent. Update: I had my front wheel washout on me at 20+ mph, handlebar crashed into the ground and the end cap on the grip stayed in place. There was only minor scratching on the locking ring. Looks like these grips and its components are made to last.

I prefer thick squishy grips on my mountain bikes. I live in Minnesota, and I bike in all types of weather, so I often wear varying types of gloves. Thicker grips help me to be able to hold on whatever gloves I am wearing. I havent had these very long, so I cant speak about longevity, but I have already used them in a range from 28-65 F and they are definitely the grips I was looking for. The thick grip pattern gives me a little extra material to grab onto. It is also a bit squishy, which keeps my hands comfortable for over an hour of riding at a time. The thickness also helps to insulate a bit to keep cold bars from making cold hands in below freezing temps. The installation was pretty simple, and the lock rings keep the grips in place, as they should. Im glad I chose these, and if your preferences are like mine, you will probably like them. If you are looking for something thin and light, try something else.

Replaced original ergo grips on Trek Marlin 5 MTB with these round lock on grips. I hated the trek grips. These are well Made in USA grips and very comfortable.

I put some RaceFace carbon bars on my bike which are stiff, light, durable and great looking - but really unforgiving. They beat my hands up. I added these grips for a little extra cush- and voila - problem solved. So far they are comfy and durable and were a breeze to install. Ive gotten a ton of riding in on them in insanely hot and humid weather. I do wear thin gloves, and they have been perfect.

I love these hand grips so much, I literally cannot stop fixating on them. So much so in fact, sometimes I forget how fast I’m going down the trail, and end up hugging a tree. That’s ok though, because these handle grips can handle the abuse. One thing that I should mention, is that the package comes with a cutout on the front, and when I was taking the first pair of handle grips I ordered out of the box they came in, the 4 little tension screws fell out onto my floor, which I did not notice until after I had returned the first pair, and received the second.

It took me a bit to get used to these grips because theyre thick/beefy specially if you have small hands like me. Very soft and very good quality. No more numb hands? I dont think so. After a long ride your hands will get numb regardless, but still, these are soft and great grips. Definitely recommended.

These grips just arrived today and I already love them after a short test ride. They are VERY easy to install taking all of about 10 minutes. Before installing on your handlebars, place the two locking collars on each grip with a few whacks with the palm of your hand. There are cutouts on each ring which fit into like cutouts in each rubber grip. When thats done, just pop on the end cap. Finally, slide the assembly on your handlebar and tighten down the two allen screws on each side. If youre a perfectionist, you can align the Odi logo on the end cap horizontally before screwing down the outboard screw. Thats it! Youre done! The grips fit the hand well and feel somewhat tacky. The rubber doesnt appear to be super hard so they should absorb most road or trail shock. I highly recommend these grips because not only do they look sharp, they work well and should last a very long time.

Feels very good quality, the pad are very thick and it gives a great comfort. I had some mounting difficulties, but I think that the problem is in my handlebar. Any how, I ordered a second pair of these for my second bikes. I recommend these grips, they are the best I had so far.
