Greater than one week$25 for one light bulb is a bit of a hard pill to swallow, especially considering that you most likely need at least two or more of these for your fixture. That being said, I love the ability to turn my lights on and off with my Echo device using my voice. Especially when Im tired and ready to go to sleep. I guess theres a price to be paid for convenience. First world problems, right? I have had no issues with these bulbs at all and the ability to change the type of light from warm to soft is great.

> 3 dayThe lights work great. Setup was as easy as my other he bulbs and the light quality looks just as good. The only issue is the bulbs are a bit long, probably half an inch longer than the previous (non Hue) bulbs. They stick out just a bit past the end of the light fixtures I have them in. Its not too bad because the actual lit part of the bulb is fully within the fixture. Only the diffuser sticks out. Make sure you check your fixtures first. The bulb measures 3 and 7/8 inches from the white base (excluding the metal part that screws in). My previous bulbs were only 3 and 1/2 inches.

> 3 dayAfter having seen these bulbs perform beautifully in person at a friends home, I decided to look into purchasing them. Ive only had good experiences with Philips Hue bulbs - My entire home is filled with multiple Hue lighting products except for two chandeliers and a ceiling fan which require candelabra bulbs. I had always found Hue bulbs to be reasonably priced, so I was *shocked* to see single candelabra bulbs priced at around thirty bucks each. And that price is for the basic colorless model! Give me a break. Ive seen basic Philips Hue bulbs (which are bigger) at Home Depot for eleven dollars each. Why do the candelabra bulbs cost 3x more than the standard bulbs??? Whats really messed up is that people will most likely need 2-3 candelabra bulbs for each lighting fixture. Thats $60-$90 for each fixture! I need a total of 10 bulbs so that would be $300.... NOPE!! Philips Hue bulbs serve their purpose very well, however there is no excuse for this particular shameless profit grab. Looks like my fixtures will continue to be operated manually until these bulbs drop to a reasonable price.

> 3 dayI have been using a Philips Hue ecosystem as my smart lighting solution for close to a year now. Having used the decorative candle since roughly February. The product had worked great, it turned on on an automated schedule and off a few hours later per my needs. Absolutely loved it. Until it stopped working without warning. I had read that Philips would warranty any product as long as you hadnt violated warranty. Literally nothing I did voided the warranty as described. But the so called customer representative claimed that I had used the light in an enclosed unit which voided the warranty. I did no such thing. The unit was in a partially enclosed fixture, like any light bulb would be. So apparently Philips just wants you to use all of your light bulbs completely open with no decorative fixtures around them whatsoever. Looks like Ill be replacing all of my Philips items. Good job, fellas. Instead of warrantying a 30 dollar bulb youve lost yourself hundreds of dollars in business.

> 3 dayI have this chandelier that has the strangest switch at the bottom of the wall. I planned to position a China buffet on that wall and it happen to just block the whole switch. With Hue chandelier light bulb, I control the light with my phone and it dims beautifully. White light or yellow light, whichever you want it can change to your liking. My husband and I love it.

Greater than one weekWorked like a champ. These things are bright! Used in my upstairs hall with the motion detector so when we walk up the steps, the lights automatically come on. Very nice feature (especially when your hands are full and the light switch is the last thing on your mind to switch on manually). Plus the auto dimming feature scene is cool late at night.

Greater than one weekI wish these got a lot brighter than they did. Other than that, they work well with the app and with my amazon alexa device.

> 3 dayLove these, and the whole Hue lighting system. But beware aware that these bulbs are larger than standard E12candelabra bulbs. They would not fit in my light fixture because they were too long. My light fixture is enclosed so there was nothing I could do about. Im so, so, so disappointed, because I love my Hue bulbs. If you are putting these in a chandelier or other open fixture, they should work just fine.
