> 24 hourI love these but they dont work consistently. A couple of them work 99% of the time while others work about 50% of the time. Its unfortunate but still very useful.

> 24 hourI bought this sensor to use in a kids bathroom with Hue lights because they never would turn the lights off at the wall. It has lasted a little over a month before it became unreachable on my Hue bridge. The first time I was able to delete it from the Hue network and add it back, but now I cant even get the indicator light to flash or get it back on the Hue network. Typical that Amazons return policy expired 5 days before the product broke down.

> 24 hourPhilips Hue The motion sensor is not only a motion sensor, but it is also a light sensor and temperature sensor. If you want this sensor work flawlessly, use Philips Hue lamps. Yes, it could run side by side with another brand, but you should use their apps to get triggered by the Philips Hue motion sensor. I ordered 4 pieces at a time. It requires 4 days delivery from America to Jakarta, Indonesia. All items are in good condition and there is no damage to the product. Quite satisfied shopping at Amazon.

> 24 hourI got this to trigger the lights in my closet as Ive usually got a handful of something as Im walking in there. It works nicely now that I have the right lights paired with it. Ive been a Hue fan since the beginning so some of my lights are the older less of a spectrum or just white lights. Theyre all updated with the latest software but I found that they werent always turning on even though the sensor was triggered. When you first set things up, it works. But after a certain period of time ( maybe 10 minutes ) the sensor would trigger but the lights stopped turning on. I deleted the lights entirely, deleted the sensor ( from the app ) and recreated everything and it worked again. But again, after a short time, even though the sensor would trigger, the lights stopped illuminating. I got some newer lights - the full spectrum colored - and updated those as well. Same problem occurred which left me stumped because those are the latest lights Philips offers. I let the problem sit for a few weeks and went back to it the other day... this time using yet another new set of colored full-spectrum bulbs. These came already updated. The software didnt indicate they needed an update at all and lo and behold, those bulbs do NOT have the problem. So... I dont think it was ever a sensor issue, but there may have been a software update that fixed the issue with the associated bulbs. Not sure. Im just happy theyre working now and the feature is awesome.

> 24 hourUse this motion sensor in our entry porch/mudroom from our garage to turn on some Hue lights used on a timer at night in our entryway and house when we come into the house when it is dark. Works fine. Took a little effort to understand how to program properly but probably just because I was new at using Hue lights. Not difficult to install, can be set on a table or attached to a wall with a screw or, as I did it, with velcro. Can be adjusted for angle to point toward the door or wherever you want it to point. Not very attractive but not really obtrusive either. Happy with this motion sensor.

> 24 hourI love my Hue system and love it even more now that I added a couple motion sensors. We placed one in our kitchen to automatically turn our lights on and off and it works perfectly. It was easy to set up and works flawlessly. You can very easily set how long the lights stay on after there is no more motion, overnight hours where is turns the lights to a different setting (nightlight mode in my case), and you can set the amount of sunlight you find to be sufficient in the room for the motion sensor not to be triggered. If you use Apple home kit it also ads an unadvertised temperature reading to your room that you can link together with other smart devices.

> 24 hourI have two of these motion sensors now and they work great. Actually have one outdoors over my front door to turn on the porch light as someone approaches. Even though it’s not rated for outdoor use it works fine. It’s out of the weather so it doesn’t get rained on but is still subject to the temperature extremes. The other sensor is used to activate a light at the bottom of my stairs - it turns on as I start down the stairs or when I come in from the garage into the downstairs entry. To this point they have worked flawlessly.
