This took care of it. The color is a little different too so it is easy to spot in the carousel. I’m very happy with it.

> 24 hourI am a very frequent traveler (although not since early 2020, for obvious reasons). I have been using the same Travelpro Crew luggage for the last six years and I love this line. It has held up perfectly and, quite honestly, does not need to be replaced. However, Ive been very curious about the recent trend toward hard-sided luggage. To me, hard-sided luggage always looks and feels very 1960s, but I wanted to see what all of the hype is all about. I ordered several pieces from the Travelpro Platinum Elite series and they do not disappoint. I want to clarify this statement a bit by saying that I personally think I want to stick to soft-sided luggage. However, if you are in the market for hard-sided luggage, you will love some of the great features offered by this line.

> 24 hourThe first time it was used, the zipper broke. I thought that at this price it would be sturdier than it was. I got it for my husband as a Christmas present. I was embarrassed and tried to prove that it was actually a nice case. I think there is a warranty, but not sure what to do—what a pain.

Cheap China products. Cant return to Amazon (after 4 weeks) and Travelpro does not answer Customer Support phone, sat on hold. Left message to call back and NO returned call. Tried calling CEO goes to VM.
