The screen quality and clarity are really great as well as the price. Worked right away on my Mac mini with just one included usdc cable. I plan on traveling with this monitor. I think the included case is okay for protecting it but it could be a little more stable when open. I wish these types of monitors had the USB c ports on the back instead of the side. Otherwise I’ll get a lot of use out of this monitor.

Ive been searching for a second portable monitor for some time & decided to purchase this one based on the features, reviews and price. I dont think you will find a better monitor at this price point, its sharp, bright, and has great build quality. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Upon receiving the monitor, I observed a solitary green pixel in the center of the screen. Consequently, I reached out to Amazon and Upperizon for warranty assistance. However, they notified me that since the product was 99.9% satisfactory, they would not provide a replacement. Consequently, I have no plans to order from Upperizon again.

UPDATE! Customer service reached out to me immediately to help find a solution. They were extremely helpful and understanding of what happened, and kept me up to date as to what was happening on the back end. They absolutely turned my experience around, I am super grateful! Thank you! -------- I work from home, so I purchased this monitor to allow myself the ability to work with an additional screen with the added benefit of easy mobility. For the first couple of months, it was such a time-saver; if youve ever grown accustomed to using two screens, you know how annoying using just one can be. It didnt take long, however, for the monitor to start giving me issues. First, the screen didnt want to turn on, and when it did, it was frozen. I tried different wires and tried different ways of connecting the screen. Nothing helped. Over time, it only got worse. I have to play with the connection for too long to get the screen to work, and even then the screen flickers the entire time. Needless to say, I am disappointed. The monitor has never been dropped or mishandled in any way. Fun while it lasted I suppose.

I found my desktop becoming crowded, and at the same time being able to work from home, I am able to work from anywhere, including a park. So I needed a way to add a second monitor to my work and personal laptop. I use a KVM switch to share this external monitor between the two laptops. Inside it is crystal clear, very detailed, and has a great response time. Outside the ambient sunlight quickly overwhelms the displays ability to be bright enough to see clearly. ITs so thin you can use it with the stand it comes with, or you can stick it on an IPAD or Tablet holder. I took advantage of their free upgrade offer to get a 180 degree HDMI adapter and a Case (I have bought two of these monitors). I cant find a 180 Degree mini HDMI adapter, but they sent me one for free. The instructions are VERY clear, be sure to use a 4K Video Capable USB-C plug if you dont want to use the one it comes with. The customer support was speedy, Every component is labelled to avoid confusion, and the monitor runs perfectly fine connected to only ONE USB-C cable (Video Capable) for both Power and Video, although it has a mini HDMI input if you can only supply power over the USB-C Cable.

I needed a good quality solid portable monitor for my MacBook pro. Up to now, Ive used iPad, since it worked well and gave great resolution, so you could not tell the difference. This product enabled me to replace the iPad and not look back. Much bigger screen, great resolution/picture quality. It is made well, solid. The cables and stand included makes it a pleasure to use. The visual design of it matches my space-gray macbook look. The best part, when I was setting it up and had trouble getting the picture correctly (fixed with one of the settings on the monitor) - I tried calling their 24/7 support line. Got a busy signal and voicemail, which I did not leave. In about 5 minutes!!! someone called back asking if I needed help. Thats a good service!

I got this for travel I do for work. Being restricted to just the laptop monitor was very painful. The monitor is 4k so I actually have things pretty small as I am taking advantage of the desktop space. This can make it hard to read some things, but there are way around it. There have been a couple times that it seem to act up (staticy screen or loss of video), but Im not sure if it was the monitor or the company laptop. I was connecting it as a 4th monitor. But so far very happy. Though someone at work was pointing out that their travel monitor was almost half the price. Hope we are both getting what we paid for.

This is my second portable monitor. My experience with the first one was very disappointing, and I was concerned that this monitor was going to give me a similar experience. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The colors are wonderful and the image is just as crisp as the image and colors in my iPad Pro. The steps are very simple. Is basically plug and play. The monitor has a nice design, and is not heavy. Excellent if one wants to travel and needs a larger monitor or just a second one. I would buy this monitor again in a heartbeat…and I just might.

This is a great portable secondary monitor for laptop! Very bright with true vivid color. Its thinner than previous portable monitors Ive had. Includes ALL the cables you need! Very satisfied. Note: Monitor is 4K, but if your laptop/PC has external monitor resolution limitations, youll only get the max resolution supported by your computer.
