> 3 dayThis charging hub is perfect with multiple devices. I’m using it in the living room by my sofa and would have all my phone/tablets charged. Good when friends come as well. Th fast charge port works as expected compatible with my huawei device. Great value!

> 3 dayIf youre needing a small power USB 3.0 hub, this item should fill the bill nicely. I needed a small powered hub to interface some equipment and this was exactly what I the doctor prescribed. From opening the pkg from Amazon to using the ports on the hub was 5 minutes, seriously. The hub was put in place, the supplied USB connection cable and power cube were attached and the USB devices were attached to the hub and viola! ... back in business. The footprint of the hub is small with only 5 ports and the power cube supply 5V @ 4A or 20Watts. The quick charging port is rated at supplying 5V/3A, 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A so not alot of power left if using a heavy charge on the QC port. I did not test all of these V/A combos but I did charge an Apple iPhone and it charge to 100% as expected. I would think if youre looking for a powered hub to handle a heavy load, this one is probably not going to be on your short list. But for expanding a single USB 3.0 port like comes on smaller laptops, this could be your ticket to success.

> 3 dayI have been using this hub for a few months with no issues. The switches are very convenient, and the speed for data transfers is good, although I have not comparison tested it.

Greater than one weekThis is a fantastic powered USB hub at a great price, but spend the extra money to get the 10 port version - its worth it. The 10 port version while still well priced offers 6 more powered ports and is made of metal, not plastic. If you really want to spend less, have a more portable USB hub, and dont want/need the extra ports, this one will do fine.

Greater than one weekTurned off my computer and noticed that my other devices plugged directly into my computer kept their lights on, unplugged the USB Hub power supply from the wall and their lights instantly went off... At first I thought this was a great product, but since I noticed it backfed power, Ive decided to use it without the power supply, limiting the total available current for my devices to just 900mA provided by my computer alone since plugging it in represents a major risk to my motherboard and all my other devices. Hope they get to fix this design flaw in the future and make an actual powered USB Hub that does not back-feed power since, from what I can see, most companies get this wrong. Edit: Got reached by customer service and offered a full refund even though I didnt request it, had a great interaction with them and had the opportunity to describe in detail the issue, which I highly appreciate. Im highly looking forward for that powered USB Hub without back-feeding issues.

Greater than one weekMy niece could only use two items at a time. I already have one of these so for her birthday she has one now too. They allow seven items plugged into a laptop or desktop through a single USB port. One port becomes seven. Two of them become 14 USB ports! Power up phone, tablet or link multiple external drives. It does have to be plugged in to the wall is the only limit for a laptop. Very happy with mine and my niece is very happy with her 21st birthday present.
