I love all the attachments that come with the product, the booklet on different ways to use it, and how quickly it heats up. This works well for quick small spaces because of the size of the tank. Worked excellent in my kitchen, window sills, and bathroom!

Shower needed a cleaner sprayed on first but no need for me to scrub

I initially purchased this to clean my tile in my walk in shower. I read the reviews on this machine and they were all great. I also have 3 dogs and over the course of time, they tend to get a little smelly. They get on the couches when we aren’t home and I noticed that my couches started to smell a little like “dog”. There is a steam cleaner attachment on this machine that is PERFECT for steam cleaning upholstery and let me tell you that it removed every unpleasant odor from the fabric of our couches. We tried everything in the past to get the odor out (vodka, Febreeze, upholstery shampoo, etc…) and NOTHING works at eliminating odor like this did! I am thoroughly shocked and amazed and everything this little machine can do! Can’t recommend high enough!!!!

It has been working beautifully- the stove was an absolute nightmare and the steamer made quick work of all the grease and burnt on food and left the stove looking brand new - very very impressed! 5 out of 5 stars!

I liked how clear the instructions were. It was easy to get started. I saw results almost immediately. A good buy for the money.

it is a good device the cord is very short and it is recommended not to use an extension cord with it. Didnt realize how easy it is to clean esp in crevices

The grey spout that all the attachments connects to, is on a swivel. You cant put pressure on a surface while trying to clean, because it will just be swiveling all over the place. It would have been fine without this design flaw.

I have been wanting a handheld stem cleaner for sometime. During Prime day we were buying some household things and I finally decided to get one. I found this one and gave it a try. I started with a few small areas, then I used it in my shower. I took some getting used to but after finally getting the hang of it I decided to try to clean the grout in my master bathroom. WOW! I have been so annoyed with the grout but after using taking this cleaner to it I am much happier and now I can keep up with it. My dislikes: I would suggest using an extension cord JIC. A few times I wish I did. Also I recommend if your worker on a “bigger” project have something to do while the machine cools down.
