After trying many different cat nail clippers I found these on Amazon. What a great product! Very easy to use and cuts quickly and sharply with no nail debris left behind.

Love these clippers! We have a lot of cats, and most of them behave like we are trying to kill them whenever we need to trim their claws. These clippers are so thin and sharp, I do the first five claws before the cat even knows whats happening! And they very easily even cut nicely through those fat old-cat claws. Sure, they are more expensive, but worth every penny! I wished I had found them years ago, I would have saved our cats and myself a lot of stress!

Ive had a number of different and inexpensive nail trimmers for my cats over a lot of years, and I concur with several other reviews here that this is the best one Ive used. It is a bit more heavy duty and much sharper than prior implements Ive had. Cutting my cats nails with this is significantly gentler for her as theres no twisting by her or me - it just slices through the nail effortlessly - and she tolerates it without any squirming. So while this item is more expensive than others online here, its very well worth it. In retrospect I should have looked into upgrading to this a long time ago.

I love Necoichis products but was a little skeptical about paying $20 for a pair of cat claw clippers. When I first got my cat, I had just gotten a cheap pair (like $4) and while they worked fine, I noticed it wouldnt slice through the claw easily in one fell swoop. Sometimes the claw edges would be a little ragged afterwards and I could never get a clean cut. Since Ive been trimming my cats claws since I got her at 8 months old, she does sit patiently, but normally by the time I get to the 3rd paw, shes either squirming or nipping at the nail clippers to get out. After twiddling my thumbs over buying this for a few months, I finally got it the other day and clipped my cats nails, and immediately I noticed a difference. Theyre SO sharp, they just slice through the claws like butter, and my claw cutting time was easily cut in half. I kept exclaiming how nice they were that my husband probably wanted to smack me. It was so fast, my cat only got to the point of nipping at the clippers on her very last claw! I would highly recommend this to anyone whos on the fence because of price!

The scissors slide on my fingers. Kitties are moving targets when trimming claws and having to reposition scissors is very inconvenient. They cut well and clean so claws aren’t ragged. I kept mine. Maybe I am not the best at the process so…

We recently adopted a cat. It was my first time clipping her nails. It was super easy and painless for our kitty. I could see the edge of her nail clearly with the clipper design and it cut smoothly without any resistance or dragging.

I bought several cheaper cat clippers before I realized these existed. They stay sharp and they dont crish my cats claws.

I have an 8 week old kitten that insists on climbing up my legs, let me tell you what a huge difference these clippers made. Of course I had to wrap him in a towel, giving me about 30 seconds to get this done. I had bigger clippers for our dog that worked but were hard to handle. I then used people nail clippers, but it didnt cut smoothly. His little nails literally grow back in days, so it was time to buck up and buy something. Glad I went with these Necoichi clippers, they were so easy to handle and really sharp so the nails cut perfectly clean, got the front paws done in one session and the rear paws will be next. Ill have to look into their other products, since clearly they put out nice quality.

These work so well! They are sharp and cut super smoothly. It takes less effort and less time to do the job. with cats, that is a definite plus! I had another pair I lost, so I bought these. I am glad I lost the others, as these are so much nicer!

After owning 3 chihuahuas and spend hundreds on various types of nail trimmers and clippers, we’ve finally found one that works for our chi. The clipper is very easy to hold, lightweight, and most importantly the blades are much thinner and cut the nails smooth like a butter. The product is made in Japan and the quality is excellent! The clipper also doesn’t make a sound so our chichi girl thought I was just touching her paws. If you’ve had issue cutting your dog nails, and if your dogs are toy/tiny breeds, I highly recommend you give this a try.
