Greater than one weekI originally bought these for postpartum care and essentially used them as mesh panties. I would place a pad inside the diaper and then swap the pad out throughout the day. It worked great! They are incredibly soft and comfortable! Now after postpartum bleeding, Im using them the same way for my heavy period days! I love how comfortable they are. They feel like they move with my body and I swear theyre softer than some of my regular underwear. I also love that theyre unscented. For reference, I bought the size small and was 170lb when I gave birth and 55. I have some thicker thighs. They are a smidge tight when you first put them on, especially if you get out fo the shower. They stick a bit to damp skin so theyre a bit difficult to pull up. However, after wearing them for about 15 minutes they seem to mold to what you need. LOVE THEM.

> 3 dayI ordered this product for after uterine surgery. (My hospital pads were getting bunched and the mesh undies were getting scratchy on my tush). I am a pant size 18 and ordered the L/XL. They fit very nicely, and as soon as I had them on…oh, the comfort! There’s no hard edge where the “pad” stops and the “undies” start. The waist band is buttery soft and stretchy, stays up over my belly. No leaks so far with a fair amount of bleeding. Sure, I went through 4 of them today. But at a time when you just want to feel good and heal, I think this a small luxury that is so worth it. Glad I found these!!! Ordering more.

> 3 dayI bought these for my post partum care after my c-section, I am 2 weeks post partum and these are perfect. They feel light just like the disposable mesh underwear that are provided in the hospital. It has a thick padding in the private area like a built in pad. Thankfully I didn’t have a lot of bleeding like I did with my first c-section, so there was no bleeding through the underwear at all. The only thing I disliked about this was that the elastic lining around the groin area gave me a rash because when I would sit or lay in bed, it felt tight, no matter how much I tried to adjust it. I ordered the Large/XL size and they fit perfect, not tight or loose around my stomach or abdomen. My weight before giving birth was 165 and after giving birth is 145.

> 3 dayI used these postpartum. They are waaaaay more comfortable than the mesh underwear you get in the hospital. To make them last longer, I just used a pad in it. Wish I would have thought of this for my first baby!

Greater than one weekLove this brand! Organic is always best! Also my 13 year old daughter likes the pull-up underwear.

there was no protective film or label that says about the safety of the product inside the tube. Accordingly, Im not sure that it is new and no one has used it before. So it could have been used by someone and after that another gel was poured inside - there is no guarantee and its scary to use it on yourself. threw it in the trash
> 3 dayPerfect

> 3 dayI think i will be using these instead of pads for now on! I no longer need to clean blood stains off my underwear and i can fell more comfortable wearing something that’s protecting me better.
