> 3 dayI’ve been using these for almost a year. I love them for sleeping in. Full coverage. Good absorbency. I ordered these again 8/20/22, and I’ve noticed some changes. Price went up $2, but everything is going up, so, there’s that. I’m short and let’s face it, overweight. 5’2” and 210lbs. A lot of it is in my stomach, hips, thighs, and backside. I used to have issues with the L/XL size with these. Even though, pant size wise, they should’ve fit. Mostly chafing in the bikini area which I dealt with because, again, the coverage is amazing for sleeping and heavy flow. Now, the sizing is great. Actually how a L/XL should fit. No chafing at all, no slight tearing trying to get these up my thunder thighs. They’re thinner in the padding area. Used to be bulkier but I didn’t care, because to me, bulk is better for this situation. So far, the thinness isn’t an issue. So that’s a plus for ppl who may want to wear this outside. The individual underwear used to be wrapped in the same organic material that the product is made of. They switched it out for plastic wrapping. Doesn’t detract from the product at all in my opinion, just noting the differences. All in all, I love these things. Especially since they’re not scented, and the fixed the sizing issue. I never experience irritated skin with these.

> 3 dayI’m packing these in my hospital bag for post partum, baby number 3. I tried them on and they fit perfectly! I wish I would’ve had these for my first two babies. Not scented at all and seem like they would be really absorbent. Definitely buying a couple more packages. Those hospital mesh underwear suck. I’m 195 pounds, 5’8, 7 and a half months pregnant. The XL fit like a dream!

> 3 dayMy periods are extremely heavy and intense the first 2 days to the point I lose sleep during that time because I am so paranoid of making a mess on my sheets. I was even waking up multiple times to change my pad and felt super uncomfortable, trying to sleep in the same position all night to avoid possible leaks. I tried these out and I am amazed at how well they absorb with absolutely ZERO leaks!! I can finally sleep comfortably and one package lasts me a while as I only use them during the very beginning of my cycle (usually the first and/or second night). I highly recommend !!

> 3 dayI ordered this product for after uterine surgery. (My hospital pads were getting bunched and the mesh undies were getting scratchy on my tush). I am a pant size 18 and ordered the L/XL. They fit very nicely, and as soon as I had them on…oh, the comfort! There’s no hard edge where the “pad” stops and the “undies” start. The waist band is buttery soft and stretchy, stays up over my belly. No leaks so far with a fair amount of bleeding. Sure, I went through 4 of them today. But at a time when you just want to feel good and heal, I think this a small luxury that is so worth it. Glad I found these!!! Ordering more.

> 3 dayI have been waiting for surgery for fibroids and polyps and have an extremely heavy flow requiring blood and iron transfusions, so I have been trying pretty much every product available so I can leave the house or sleep at night. I had to finally swallow my pride about wearing what is essentially a diaper and I honestly wish I had tried these a long time ago. I cant go a full 8 hours without leaking, but Ive managed 6 on some heavy nights and that is a huge improvement over the biggest overnight pads that overflow at 60-90 minutes. I also have heavy clotting and the design of these help contain the clots while changing them, which was always an issue with pads. My only complaint is the sizing - I wish there was an option between the two currently available. The S/M fit me in every way except for the leg holes, which are uncomfortably tight. The L/XL are way too big. I have thick legs, so this may not be an issue for other people. Im 55, 160lb, size 10 pants for reference.

> 3 dayThese period panties are great. I’ve tried the Always brand before and almost gagged every night because of the strong smell. I love that these are unscented and individually wrapped, super easy to toss one in a bag if I’m doing an overnighter. They are very absorbent too. I used to use a tampon and an overnight pad on my heaviest nights, but sometimes I would still leak. These I use with or without a tampon and I don’t have to worry about leaking. It does take some adjusting to wear plastic-ish underwear but overall they’re very comfortable to use.
