Rocksmith Real Tone USB Audio Cable [Ubisoft], Xbox

Reading some of the reviews here, I was misled into believing that a standard 1/4 to USB cable would work. It will not. The workarounds that had previously worked, no longer do so. Even if some are able to, save yourself a lot of aggravation and spend a few extra dollars on this one. After much aggravation, I order this cable, plugged it in, and saw Rocksmith show up in my device manager immediately. Plugged my guitar in and was off to the races.

Item exactly as described if you need a replacement cable for rocksmith this is it.

I was sceptical that the cord would work for my PS4. It worked beautiful. Beside a buzzing feed back. I was just glad it worked

First off. Nothing wrong with this product but amazon cant be trusted to ship it properly so many arrive DOA as an unpadded plastic bag provides zero protection for a cable, which if subjected to force may break on the inside and be rendered inoperable. I wouldn’t buy from a seller that’s orders are “fulfilled by amazon.” They have no clue how to ship cables. I had bought this to replace my original cable as I had a mishap with it but it worked great for years. The one I received from amazon does not function.

Standard Rocksmith guitar cable. Works fine, no noise or crunchy static sounds when moving around. My only gripe is that there is a slight delay between playing a string and hearing the note in-game. Its pretty weird and takes some getting used to. But the cable works, which is the important thing.

I bought Rocksmith 2014 Remastered on the Microsoft store for Xbox One. This RealTone cable is exactly what you need to play.

I am so happy with the cable that I want to write a review for it. I thought it was exclusively for the game but when I plugged it in my Mac, iPad, PC, it works flawlessly without any driver. I returned a fancy audio interface because of this gem! I would say if you have a electric guitar, buy this! You can record with it, use virtual amp with it and even play the best guitar game with it!
