> 24 hourFor some random reason with this batch of labels, every 20 or so a label will get stuck in my rollo printer. Didn’t have this problem at all with my first box of labels. Easy problem to fix but you do lose about three labels to correct it.

> 24 hourI thought I was having issues with my Rollo Thermal Printer, because it kept skipping labels when printing over the last half a year. Ive been using these Rollo labels for a long time, and they worked perfect at first, but now Ive they just keep skipping when printing causing lots of blanks and extra hassle. Ive purchased these many times, so its not just a bad batch at this point. I ended up purchasing cheaper, off brand labels and have had NO issues, so its clear the problem is the Rollo labels and not my Rollo thermal printer.

> 24 hourI ordered these labels in the past and they worked flawlessly. That pack of labels came in clear shrink wrap packaging with no Rollo branding present. They worked every time and I had no issues with any of the 500 I received in that package. When that pack ran out I simply re-ordered the same product from the same Amazon page. The new labels I received came in a very nice branded Rollo box, I figured this was an improvement, I was very wrong. The new labels absolutely 100% do not work in my Rollo printer. I am having the exact same issues as everyone elsie that has reviewed these recently is having. They get stuck in the printer, I couldnt get a single label to successfully print.

> 24 hourThese labels are so great! They stick much better than the labels you can use with a regular printer. I use these with the Rollo wireless thermal printer and I’ve never had any issues. They are quality labels.

> 24 hourIm having the same issue that others are describing with the labels getting hung in my Rollo printer. Ive unloaded and reloaded thinking that the adjustment would help, but it does not. I would say it happens with about 1/4 of the labels I print, where they just get stuck. I end up standing at the ready where the label dispenses as it is printing to give it a little boost if necessary.

> 24 hourThis printer struggles to do the one thing it was designed to do; print 4x6 shipping labels. I have been using Zebra printers for about a decade to print my shipping labels and recently decided to buy a Rollo for my home office. I have been using Rollo for a few weeks now and what initially was excitement upon receipt, has quickly dissipated into frustration. I have the Rollo, Rollo 4x6 labels and the Rollo label holder. Every single label that I print results in a red flashing light. I open the printer to reset the label and it will automatically print again, skipping a shipping label in the process and reprinting the already printed label that was deemed incorrectly printed. Even after carefully resetting the label, I will then close the unit again, just for it to reprint and show another flashing red light. Every time I try and ship ONE label, the printer will run through and waste a minimum of 3-5 labels or more in some cases. In the instructions, it states a flashing red light is the Rollo printer attempting to Learn the shipping label, but that is nonsense. Not only are 4x6 shipping labels universal, but I am using Rollo branded shipping labels and its been 3 weeks learning, so this should not be an issue. This issue is happening as I carefully print out shipping labels one by one making sure the label is perfectly aligned with the printer, but there has been no adjustments that I have found to work after struggling with this issue for 3 weeks now. I can not imagine the issues I would run into if I were printing labels in bulk. I am not sure if I have a faulty unit, but I do know Ive never had a Zebra printer give me this much issue.

> 24 hourI definitely love this printer! Its amazing. Literally saves me soo much time and hassle! I imagine it will also save the cost of ink as well over time. But, I will admit that it was very hard to set up. I followed the instructions from the website, and the printer light was red not green when I fed the labels through. I called and chat with Rollo customer support and followed all the instructions to Fix it and it still didnt work. I finally asked my husband who is very good with technology to help. It took him over an hour to get it to work after watching several youtube videos. So, I love the product, but to give a fair review, I felt I needed to mention that part!
