> 3 dayI purchased two 32 gigabyte sticks for my new iMac 27 which came as purchased with eight gigabytes ram. When I tried using the Samsung sticks together with the installed eight gigabytes the computer would not power on. However, I removed the eight gigabyte apple pre-installed ram a lot of powerand used the two 32 gigabyte Samsung sticks alone and it works great.

> 3 daySince this is the only ram for my laptop then it’s better than nothing. It does make the computer run faster than when I bought the laptop.

> 3 dayMy wonderful new laptop was a bit underpowered for my needs, and two videos show me how to upgrade the memory and the solid-state drive. I added both the 32 GB of memory and the 1 TB solid-state drive to what was already there. Just slide it into place and click. Close up and its done. It works perfectly and I have plenty of memory for all my files and images.

> 3 dayWorked great. I am doing this review because there are a lot of questions online about updating the Asus Q304uak, and like motherboards, memory without too many accurate answers. Asus laptop stated a max 8gb of DDR3 ram and 2 slots. Well one is slot is soldered unto the motherboard, so there is only one available slot for upgrading. Being that there is only one slot available, I tried a spare 8gb ddr4 SODIMM and it worked fine. Seeing that the one DDR4 stick worked, I went ahead, and ordered this 32GB DDR4 stick. This worked perfectly. So if you have this laptop, or one with the same type of motherboard, this should work fine. Windows on mine took a bit, about 20mins, to initially to sort out its usual problems, but everything is fine now.
