> 3 dayThis compressor is light and compact and easily maneuvered around the job site. Construction is solid with good quality components and great overall design. It is also the quietest compressor I have ever heard. Hurricane Michael left us with a lot of repair work to our vacation home in Mexico Beach, FL. I could not haul all the tools I needed from home in PA, so I bought this small compressor from Amazon to power a brad nailer for replacing floor and trim. The compressor worked perfectly and quietly, and did not even bother our dogs when it kicked on.

> 3 dayThis is one of my favorite tool purchases of ALL time. I love this thing. I needed it for a specific project and it worked like a charm. Now I keep finding more and more uses for it. This is not a framing compressor, it doesnt have the power to drive large nails. But it does an excellent job for finishing work and small nail projects. We also bought a stapler gun for a upholstery projects and it works great. I got an attachment for putting air in the tires of the lawn tractor and kids bikes and it works perfectly. Very handy to have right there in the garage.

> 3 dayThis little gem is one of the best tools in the shop, my co-workers keep borrowing it. When we go out on a job, I grab it with the hose and gun attached and throw it on the seat beside me. We get to the job site and I walk upstairs and start shooting on trim before everyone else can gather their tools. Yeah, it takes awhile for it to get up to pressure and you cant bump nail a big gun with it, but who cares. If I need more air Ill borrow someone elses big heavy two horse job and let them carry the thing around. I shoot staples, 23ga., 18ga. and 15ga. and I use my blower if theres not too much to blow. The homeowners (and I) LOVE it because its so quiet. If it died today Id order another(from Amazon) tonight!

Greater than one weeki just love this super little compressor!!! this thing rocks, i can have it running in the house with a baby sleeping in the next room and not wake the little rug rat. It keeps up with my Grex air brush without staying on the whole time like the compressor I had before. I had only one problem with it, it started to leak air from the valve that turns the compressor off when it got to pressure, so I sprayed the valve with WD 40 and gave it a good tap on the valve and walla fixed. I would buy another on of these in a hot second so if your looking for a good compressor this is it at a reasonable price so buy away with confidence, you wont be disappointed.

Greater than one weekIt is well built, reasonably priced, arrived on time and fairly quiet. For me, I had one specific need and unfortunately it did not work as I had hoped. The reviews led me to believe it could keep up with being used at a low psi output, say 30-50 pounds, enough to feed small nails. I was planning on it being able to go to full capacity 125 psi, spray air at a poundage of 30-50 psi for about 15 seconds, stop spraying and let it build up for 15 seconds, spray some, stop and repeat. The volume of air is only 1 gallon, which I understand, but it takes over a minute to get back to poundage where I could spray 30-50 psi for even a few seconds. The end result for me is that it takes too long to build back up enough pressure to use again as I had planned. Ill keep it because it is well made, lightweight and I might can use it in emergencies where only a very small amount of air is needed at a high psi. Probably would work great for small hobby jobs or non-repetitive type work.

> 3 dayi didnt think this compressor could be so quiet until i heard a friends unit. literally is a purr you can talk over in normal volume with it at your feet. i got tired of refilling my air can from the big garage compressor for use in the basement now and then with small airbrush and air tools and blow off. this unit really fit the bill. quiet enough that you can hear it outside the basement in the rest of the house so perfect! plus it doesnt take your hearing away like most small compressors tend to do! big rubber feet means you can set it on anything and it does not mar or move at all when running. light weight enough to lift and swing with one arm easily, no worry about wrenching your back if you move wrong carrying it. really a jewel!

> 3 dayPerfect for what I need in my woodshop. Fills up truck tires just fine if you are topping them off. In hindsight, I would splurged for the 2 gallon model but otherwise its awesome.

> 3 dayThe new Senco compressor arrived yesterday, plugged it and timed the build up. One minute 15 second to full 125 PSI. This will be my second purchase of the Senco compressor of this model. My first purchase was in 1993. That machine is still working. Only issue after 26 years the compressor portion of the unit has worn itself out, taking longer to build up pressure and not able to keep up with 18 gauge finish nailer. The unit has been used extensively over the years. Will update this review if I find that it fails in anyway.

> 3 dayOK, a little play on words there, but the truth is that this small compressor is great.Know what you are buying, and then rate it from that point of view. Ive seen people here say that this Senco is too small, lacks enough reserve air so it doesnt keep starting to recycle, and all sorts of other comments which show they have no idea of what they are talking about. You dont buy a Prius, or a Smart Car, to use as a tow truck, and you dont buy a small compressor like this to run roofing or framing guns. Thats just flat out dumb.I have a large, very heavy, twin tank Emglo compressor for that, which Ive owned for almost 20 years, with no issues at all.I bought this Senco for small jobs, where I just need a regular trim gun, or my brad nailer.I have already used this to trim out a small renovation, and it was perfect to attach extension jambs, baseboards, and casing. It is quiet as could be, and so light and compact that it was a breeze to put in my truck, and move around inside the job site. The smaller Makita compressor really isnt this small, and its very heavy. The Porter Cable pancake compressors are alot bulkier and really noisy as hell. However, if you need to run more than one gun at a time, or to do alot of continous nailing, they are probably a better choice. This Senco really isnt designed for, or well suited to heavy production trim crews in my opinion. However,I couldnt be happier with this purchase for MY NEEDS. The moral of this: IF YOU WANT A FRAMING COMPRESSOR,OR A PRODUCTION TOOL,BUY A LARGER HEAVY DUTY COMPRESSOR.IF YOU WANT A SMALL, LIGHT, EASY TO CARRY TRIM COMPRESSOR FOR SMALL JOBS, BUY THIS LITTLE SENCO UNIT. BTW, the trim guns that I own are also Sencos, and Ive had them for about 20 years too. Never a problem with either one.Ive heard good things about the new Hitachi guns and I may get one of them because it can use 2 1/2 inch nails, where my Senco only goes up to 2 inch.Ive used Bostitch guns before, and I really dislike them immensely. Lots of misfires and jams. I have been a carpenter for 35 years, and a Union Carpenter for 25. Ive had experience using virtually every brand of compressor and nail gun on the market. It sure helps to be able to actually try it out before you buy something.I hope this will help someone else make sensible choices for their needs.
