DO NOT BUY if you are not willing to spend another $200. You need an audio interface and a cloudlifter. It sounds extremely muffled without the cloud lifter. The quality for the price is unmatched however.

so let me get this straight....you pay $500 for a whole microphone...and you dont even have the decency to throw in a $20 cable thats required to use the thing..I was so excited to get this mic and now I have to wait even longer to get it...thanks shure...

As we all know this mic has a good reputation for its quality and is highly used in music recording and is also used good for podcasts and it sounds nice, but you will need some sort of pre amp in order to lift the sound volume of the mic since this is a high powered mic
