Best you can get on the budget for mixing, so you can get a reference on how it’s going to sound like in other speakers

Outstanding product. Everything sounds wonderful in use. You really feel the bass and the beats while keeping the outside world out. I would definitely recommend for everyone.

Theyre durable enough to withstand life in the studio and they sound great; much more durable than comparable Senheisers. If you dont need durability, Behringer HPM1000s are extremely cheap and sound just as good IMO.

Ill start off saying these are indeed the Sony Mdr7506s, so dont worry about it being a knockoff. I made sure to check every sign I could find to ensure these were the real deal lol. Now onto the actual review, Ive seen a lot of people talk about this in a really professional manor with certain critiques that I honestly found extremely nitpicky, and just a pompous show of knowledge rather then a genuine review. On the other hand Ive found people blatantly say they suck for general use like music, gaming and calls. So Im going to try to clear all that up in this review, in short they are great, Im loving them. Adding to that, Ive been using them for gaming, listening to music, calls, Ive also used them with my Amp to play guitar and Ive found it to fulfill all these purposes really well, they sound extremely full and detailed, which not only adds to the experience well listening to music but also any other activity. The sound staging is great and I find my awareness in game to be completely equal to or better then my dedicated gaming headset before these, when coupled with the better audio it makes for an all round beautiful experience. I ran the best amount of test I could on them to test for audio quality and in my opinion they passed with flying colors so I really dont think anyone needs to worry there. So that covers the experience Ive had with the sound, but Id also say the comfort is rather good, not great, or even exceptional. But I can wear them for hours at a time and dont feel the need to take them off or adjust a ton, they sit nicely and firmly. Its just not the best it could be, this is mostly due to the ear cuffs not fully encompassing my ears, or feeling very snug. My advice would be to research a good pair of ear cuffs to replace the original with, thats what I will do and Ill be sure to write about it when I get them. But until them it gets the job done and it gets it done well. The wire is working great for connecting to my phones audio jack, and my pc. It is 10 feet long, albeit all coiled up so it only presents itself as 2 feet or so long in that state. I personally love this for pc experience as I have 0 worries of it tangling with anything or getting in the way, but can easily move around where I want how I want freely. For phone on the other hand its a small nucense and personally I wouldnt take it on a walk or anything of the sorts, but if you wanted to I think its possible. Just not the best headphones for that which leads me to my next point and sums up this review.

These are pretty good studio headphones as they have a relatively neutral sound, actually surprisingly close to the Harman target response with a 4 dB boost in the 4-8 kHz region for enhanced treble detail when monitoring, in addition to bass extension that extends well into the sub-bass, with roll-off occurring at around 40 Hz. Theyre also decently comfortable too and dont get too hot during extensive usage.
