The headphones are very comfortable and the sound is superb. Just what you would expect from Sony.

Super headphones! This pair of Sony MDR-7506 Headphones has extra long curly cords. I wish they were straight cords, which would not tangle with my other cables, and weigh so heavily on the headphones as to pull them off my head. All else, the comfort, and the frequency response, not boosted in the bass and not rolled-off for the C-8 on a piano, makes them ideal for Studio work. With equally well performing mikes, they combine perfectly for piano vocals, so that the vocalist knows that others hearing a audition or studio recording will not hear breathing, or false bass, but what the singer hears in the Studio room acoustics. Excellent headphones. My second pair. My first pair, I clipped-off the curly cords and put on a Gold-plated stereo connector. Cheers!

great phones and good deal

These are the standard and for good reason-very high quality.

Son muy buenos audífonos, y el sonido es bastante plano, no colorean para nada la señal, para mi suenan increíble, el único defecto que les veo es que cansan después de un par de horas de uso, pero creo que eso es con cualquier audífono over.

Ive been using the recently discontinued Sony MDR V-6 headphones as a professional night-club DJ for over 30 years. I was hesitant to try this newer version. But, Im thrilled to report that I can tell no difference with this version whatsoever. They are great for DJs!!!

I use these for transcription and they work great for me. Cord is very long which is great. They are quite comfy and I can wear them for a long time. Not so comfy with glasses on though.
