I bought these supplements on a whim the other day so I could get free shipping haha. Day after they arrive, I start to come down fast with a cold! The dosage is a bit high so I did 3 the first day to see how my tummy would react, then 9 the next day. Could have been the supplements + my immune system but I woke up the next day feeling normal! Thanks to my subconscious for getting a supplement that possibly curved away a cold. I thinks these are a great supplement to take every other few days to help keep the immune system strong - especially if you work around others.

Our family swears by this product. I have been using this for many many years. If anyone in the household has symptoms of a slight cough or cold we take two or three capsules at that moment and then two or three that morning. We usually take two to maintain if we were around others with a cold and that keeps all sickness out of our house. We also discovered that our daughter, (over 18) who the doctors wanted to put on a breathing machine at night does not snore when she takes two in the morning and two at night on a regular basis. Her snoring has been very very bad over the years. But now no machine and just being disciplined to take two in the morning and two at night gives us all a very quiet household.

What is this manufacturer doing with this formula? Why does the pill bottle and the capsule bottle look exactly the same, but have different ingredients??? Are you trying to save money by taking less of Milligrams out? If so we are watching and you will lose long time customers. Get it together, stop this!

Have been ordering and using this supplement for a few years. Take the tablets at the very onset of not feeling well, and maintaining the intake, does wonders. Great item!

The taste and smell of the capsules are aweful (tNlets are worse) but the stuff really works.... for some it really helps prevent or shorten the cold - for others it lessens the severity..... but it works... dosage says take 6 each time - I cant, too hard on my stomach.... I take 2 or maybe 3 - only after food.... every few hours in the beginning.
