> 3 dayIf you ride a bike of any kind ebike or regular you need this item .Oh my goodness this will take the stress off your back ,the bumps in the road or on the trail will almost be almost unnoticeable ,and when you get off from a long ride is when you will really notice the difference.

> 3 dayI bought this to smooth out the bumps on my hard tail... wow makes a huge difference, I almost have a full suspension bike now. I did measure incorrectly and ordered the wrong size but instead of doing a return I just purchased seat post shim which worked perfect.
