> 3 dayCounteracts the rear wheel impacts really well. It will cause you to be a little further back from your handle bars. Had to make some minor adjustments for my riding position.

> 3 daySmooths out my Rad Runner Plus E-Bike and sets the seat farther back where it belongs. Im 57 and it fits all the way down while still able to put feet on ground. Takes the bite out of 70+ pound E-Bike!

> 3 dayI bought this to smooth out the bumps on my hard tail... wow makes a huge difference, I almost have a full suspension bike now. I did measure incorrectly and ordered the wrong size but instead of doing a return I just purchased seat post shim which worked perfect.
