> 3 dayI normally dont gush over a product, but will on this one (and no, Im not tied to the seller). It was *very* easy to install (make SURE the anchor bolts go into ceiling joists!). The arms have spring buttons, and theyre easy to remove when needed. I can put an 8 ladder on either side without a step stool, yet the ladders are well above the roof of the cars. At my last house, I made a wrack out of 2 x 4s, but this product saved me so much time it paid for itself. Possibly the best product Ive purchased on Amazon.

> 3 dayThis thing is perfect for overhead ladder storage! Due to my small garage I was only able to install one of the arms, but it still works perfectly to store my long extension ladder. I love that the height/drop is adjustable, so I was able to raise the arm above the height of my garage door tracks. Awesome product!

> 3 day30 minute installation. Know for sure where your studs are before hand. Very solid. For reference my 2 ladders weigh at just under 100lbs.
