Company stood behind their product. Bought over 75 tumblers and one pack wasnt sublimating correctly so I reached out to the company and they replaced it within 2 days... I will be buying more for my business!

Absolutely love these and just ordered my second bulk order. They sublimate well and I love the straws and cleaners that come with it. The only con is the gift boxes. I have to cut a hole for the straw to fit. No biggie though and well worth the purchase.

Love the cups and how the box has a preview, but the paper always comes bent. Maybe put it in clear envelope for future orders may help keep it from damaging the paper. I will be ordering more. They are easy to use, and leak proof. They are a bit shorter then normal 20oz skinnier. But I feel these are better quality for longer use as the inside is thicker so holds heat or cold products longer.

This product was packaged well, and the individual boxes , make great gift boxes. It came with a metal straw and brush. Great! Idea! The tumbler was true to size, which made for easy measuring. It made a beautiful sublimation tumbler. Vibrant color. Very happy with this product and will order again

The tumblers were great. They sublimate wonderfully. The boxes that you put them in were all bent up though. Also, the extra sublimation paper the company sends was just loose and not protected so it was bent up too. I still would by again just for the good price on the tumblers.

I love the tumblers!! Came with everything it said....the paper is very thin I have to tape it to my regular paper to get my printer to pick it up

My fist time doing sublimation.. and let me tell you, these tumblers are amazing! You can feel and see the quality! From the fact that they are individually packaged in their own gift box, with a ribbon for each box, a straw for each tumbler and a non slip coaster to go on the bottom on each tumbler. Now that’s what I call VALUE FOR MONEY! And last but not least, the sublimation of any design on these tumblers are immaculate! #ChefsKiss
