> 3 daySo far I have placed 2 orders and really like the tumblers. However, there were 3 that were chipped in the 2nd order and the paper that came with the 2nd order was not the same as the 1st order and it is crap. It is so thin, that it keeps jamming in my printer. It is a different paper than the 1st order, this one is yellow on the backside. I followed the instructions and sent an email with pictures to the company over a week ago with no response.
